Petite Chateaux provides the venue space for rental but requires you have the following:
Licensed Event Planner with Liability Insurance
Licensed Caterer with Liability Insurance
Licensed Bar Attendant (with Liability Insurance

Outdoor Seating Capacity of 150 guests
Loud Music and Noise must end at 10:00 pm due to sound ordinance
